Attendee fees cover everything except lodging and incidental personal expenses: all educational sessions, all conference materials, six meals, receptions, coffee breaks, recreational outings and private airport car service.
Providers: All attending spouses must pay the full spouse fee if they plan to participate in any social or recreational events.
Partners: Spouse fee is included with partnership.

Attendance is by invitation and limited to senior management only, resulting in a very selective, top-level audience. The number of executives per company permitted to attend is determined by considering the revenue of the provider organization as shown:
