Home Care 100 is exclusively for CEOs, Presidents, CFOs and COOs from large home care and hospice organizations. The number of executives per company permitted to attend is as shown:

Your attendee fee covers all education sessions, conference materials, meals, receptions, and breaks (everything except lodging and incidental personal expenses).
Cancellations on and before May 28, 2021: You can appoint a substitute senior-level executive, carry over your registration to 2022 Home Care 100 or receive a refund less a $100 service fee.
Cancellations between May 29 and June 21, 2021: 60% of your registration fee will be carried over to a credit toward the 2022 conference.* On or after June 22, 2021: Your registration fee will not be carried over and you will not receive a refund.
*Carry over registrations can only be applied to the 2022 Home Care 100 Conference
Executives: Home Care 100 is primarily business casual. Recreation is casual.
Spouses: Home Care 100 attire is primarily resort casual. Recreation is casual.
